Your most important reader is probably a busy decision-maker who has little time or energy for documents that are hard to read.
Before you print it, send it, or publish it, get it checked by others, such as colleagues, friends or family (caution – they may be too polite). Or you can go with people who are only interested in making your documents rock-solid.
