You send us your draft document attached to an email describing the project (aka, the "job").
In your description, consider
If you approve the job estimate and instruct us to proceed, it's an agreement between you and Words Editing Services to produce a clean edited draft for you to review in exchange for your paying the agreed fees.
We may contact you with questions seeking clarification on particular points in the document during editing. If you make any changes in text or requirements that result in a need for additional editing work, we advise you of any cost before we proceed.
We then send the edited document back to you for review and approval. If you have questions about edits, let us know and we will address them.
We send the final document back to you with an invoice.
